Goddess Yoga is a slow moving, sensual form of yoga that will ignite your inner goddess. Join us as guest instructor, Maxine Osborn, guides you through a one of a kind movement consisting of lyrical dance, stretching, strength training, floor work and yoga.
This class will strengthen your physical body while reconnecting to your beautiful, sensual, feminine soul within. You will practice under the essence of dimly colored pink lights which creates a safe haven for you to feel empowered while embracing the curves of your feminine body.
